ELD B

Welcome to the class! I am looking forward to a year of fun and growth. ELD means English Language Development. ELD B is a block schedule. This means that it is two periods long. This standards based class is designed to continue your development in language acquisition through the use of instructional materials and a variety of instructional strategies that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing in standard American English.  You will acquire theses skills through the use of materials and instructional strategies such as Systematic ELD, RT, SDAIE, AVID, WICR among others.
